Ciao Discoteca Italiana is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier. During certain periods (holidays, new product launches, Black Friday). or promotional sales, deliveries may be delayed.

If you purchase one or more pre-order items, your order will be shipped once all products are available.

Shipping Tracking
All shipments are tracked. You will receive a tracking code via email and/or SMS, allowing you to track and manage your delivery online.
If you haven't received the email containing your tracking code, please ensure that your details were entered correctly at checkout or contact us at spedizioni@ciaodiscotecaitaliana.com. 

Claims:

Always check the integrity of the package upon delivery. If the packaging shows signs of tampering or damage, you must "ACCEPT THE PACKAGE WITH RESERVE",  specifying the damages to the courier and notifying us via email at spedizioni@ciaodiscotecaitaliana.com. 

Claims and/or refund requests will not be considered if: 
  • Submitted through Instagram or Facebook social channels
  • Presented more than 14 days after receiving the goods
  • The delivery was accepted without reserve

Resi:

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 15 days from the date of receiving the product.
To do so, please send an email to spedizioni@ciaodiscotecaitaliana.com.
The returned items must be sent back to the merchant in their original condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging at the customer’s expense within 15 days of the withdrawal notice.
C.D.I. Srl will issue a refund (excluding initial shipping costs) once the returned shipment has been received and the product conditions have been verified.
The buyer is responsible for all costs and risks related to returning products.
